Rev. Frank Waugh
Lead Pastor
Pastor Frank Waugh is an experienced steward of the gospel who has led congregations in various ministry settings in establishing life-changing, Christ-centered missions. A Cum Laude Master of Divinity graduate of Lutheran Theological Southern Seminary, Pastor Frank went on to earn a Master of Arts in Formative Spirituality at Duquesne University in Pittsburgh. A born and raised North Carolinian, Pastor Frank received his Bachelor of Science in Industrial Relations from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. In addition to his 17 years of service as an ordained minister, Pastor Frank has an extensive business background including service as the Corporate Director for Systems Applications Training (Epic and Peoplesoft) for Piedmont Healthcare, Inc. in Atlanta, GA.
Josh Linman
Digital Ministry Coordinator
Josh helps with all digital communications including the website, social media, and marketing. He is passionate about sharing the love of Jesus with all people and working for the common good in our bitterly divided world. Josh has a degree in Communications from Florida State University and owns a marketing and design agency in Atlanta where he lives with his wife and 3 kids (2 dogs and 1 little human).
Rebecca Marchetti
Preschool Director
Ms. Rebecca has been the Director since Our Saviour Preschool began. This will be the 10th year! Ms. Rebecca has taught at several local preschools over the past 17 years and is a Sandhills native. Ms. Rebecca and her husband have a middle schooler and a college student. She enjoys crafting, boating, going to the beach and spending time with family and friends.
Charles McGee
Sexton
Charles has been a vital part of the ministries of Our Saviour for many years. He manages the physical facility at Our Saviour and makes sure the building and surrounding grounds provide an hospitable place for ministry
